Cookie and Tracker Policy
This page details the cookies and equivalent trackers (including localStorage) used by Immersio, in compliance with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and CNIL guidelines.
1. What is a cookie or tracker?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. The term "tracker" more broadly refers to any device that stores or reads information on your terminal (HTTP cookie, localStorage, sessionStorage, client identifier, invisible pixel, etc.).
2. Your choices
On your first visit, a banner allows you to accept, refuse, or customize non-essential trackers. You can modify your preferences at any time:
- from your personal dashboard, "Privacy" section;
- by clicking the "Manage cookies" button in the footer.
Refusing non-essential trackers has no impact on service access. Only trackers strictly necessary for platform operation remain active.
3. Strictly necessary trackers (no consent required)
These trackers are essential for service operation. They are deployed on the basis of contract execution and the exemption provided by CNIL for strictly necessary trackers.

4. Audience measurement (consent required)
With your consent, we measure site traffic to improve its usability. The solution used is Matomo, hosted by us in the European Union; data is not shared with any third party.

5. Trackers not used
Immersio does not use:
- advertising or retargeting cookies (Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, etc.);
- embedded social networks (Facebook share buttons, Twitter, etc.);
- heatmaps or session recording (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, etc.);
- commercial profiling.
6. Fonts and technical resources
Fonts (Inter), stylesheets (Tailwind), and libraries (CodeMirror) are self-hosted on our servers. No requests are made to Google Fonts, jsdelivr, or third-party CDNs that could transfer your IP address to a third party.
7. How to refuse or delete these trackers?
- Via the consent banner on your first visit.
- From your personal dashboard at any time.
- Via your browser settings (manual cookie deletion).
